The good thing about AWA

Well shoot. My plans to meet all the cool ATL ddr kids got sort of screwed up.

But there were a few cool things:

- I went with Eric. I have a boyfriend who likes to do geeky anime goodness. I love this

I did get to play me some 5th meex: I played a set of doubles and a set of singles... and then walked over to be in the

- Megatokyo panel. Where Fred and Sara Ghallager (after a quickie Vegas wedding) basically just answered questions. But they had a quicker wit than you'd expect someone as laid back as Fred & Sara would have. They were nice and answered questions, and seemed to have the perfect ettiquite for the situation. We got to stay in the room and did not follow out the swarm of people looking to get signings because the next panel was the

- Adult Swim Panel. mcchris just kicks ass. It's just that simple. They showed a preview, and were just plain funny. I am actually listening to the free songs he made (DQ Blizzard, fett's vett, fuckin' up mah christmas, the tussin) I am laughing my ass off in the middle of work... I've bought the two CD's from his website. I am much happy.

The time it started to suck: made it over to the dealers room after the AS panel... and there before us is the biiiiiiiiig line for fred ghallager to sign... no signs that seemed to say "please keep your insane worship prattle to under a minute", so it took about 5 minutes to move a little bit. and when we started to get to the back of the stage... the guy came over to say "it was endin') ARRGH

So we walk around the dealers room and eric who has already walked around the dealer room while I was in line saving place for him starts browsing hard again, so I get all cranky and am like "no! DDR/Food now!!!" Got to the DDR room (painfully small and crowded) and they weren't letting anyone in because they were getting ready for the tourney. I coul;dn't see the friends I had come to see... it was icky. I was hungry, went home with Eric, made him grilled cheese, did other stuff, left for dinner at a place in marietta called "slovakias" with all of Eric's college friends. It was much cool, and his friends kick ass. After that we went to Cold Stone Cremery (which was OK, except my stomach was unhappy after so much food) so we cuddled and I felt better.

otherwise, yea, I want to have mcchris' babies. his music is much fun.
